Cherry Blossom Lab is a startup that creates high-precision visual, audiovisual and musical assets through its own methodology.
Everything begins with a master code, where physics, biology, anthropology, physiognomy, materiality and cultural or brand identity converge. That code is the score: it defines every asset before AI executes it.

Cherry Blossom
This is the starting point and the most important asset we create, because everything that comes after is built on it. An identity (character) with its biometrics, physiognomy, bone structure and cultural identity; a product with its exact materiality; a visual space with all of its physics applied. This lets it scale to any visual or audiovisual asset with deterministic precision.
From the master module we create unique assets for campaigns, key visuals, commercials, cinematic pieces, music videos, avatars, 360° videos and corporate films. All of it with precision and, most importantly, with traceability to meet international regulations.
At Cherry we build custom platforms, games, apps, response chats and interactive avatars, designed around each client's needs. We also offer Cherry IA, our platform specialized in managing and executing projects with artificial intelligence.
Discover Cherry IA · cherryia.appWhen the client requires it, the whole project is produced inside our own platform and its traceability is documented: C2PA signature (Content Credentials) with an X.509 certificate, RFC 3161 timestamps from DigiCert and FreeTSA, anchoring on the Bitcoin blockchain through OpenTimestamps, and an SHA-256 fingerprint for every file. Each asset is structured, documented and backed by a chain of custody, which makes it easier to protect and to register as intellectual and industrial property, because the human factor in the process can be proven.
Human music composition is part of the services we deliver. We compose for TV, shows, series, film and advertising, and we use AI to adapt every lyric to the languages our clients need.

At Cherry Blossom we have been early visionaries in traceability, compliance, ethics and chain of custody for AI-made projects. Our Partners platform gives us end-to-end traceability on every project: from the client's request and project management to execution and development, because everything is integrated into our own ecosystem with a clear methodology.
What the platform makes possible:
We execute everything inside the platform, so every action is written to a log that cannot be deleted or edited: brief, reference, instruction, engine, version, parameters, author, date and time. From the first document to the last click.
Every image and video carries its origin record embedded (XMP and IPTC standards): author, rights holder, AI engine used and the official «AI-generated content» flag (DigitalSourceType) read by machines and platforms.
C2PA Content Credentials: a cryptographically signed manifest with an X.509 digital certificate travels inside the file. Every edit adds a new link to the chain. Anyone can check it with public verifiers.
Every piece and the full dossier are sealed with an SHA-256 fingerprint. Change a single pixel and the fingerprint no longer matches, exposing the alteration.
Proof of date that doesn't depend on us: RFC 3161 timestamps from external authorities (DigiCert, FreeTSA) and public anchoring with OpenTimestamps on the Bitcoin blockchain.
PDF traceability certificate, legal dossier on AI use, origin statements and digital signature. Ready for brands, legal teams and platforms.
Each dossier follows the law of each market: EU AI Act (Article 50, machine-readable marking), China's labeling rules (visible and hidden labels), the US and Latin America.
Everything that happens is recorded: who requested, who uploaded, who approved and when. When the project closes, a downloadable dossier is generated, ready to present to clients, brands or legal teams.

Korea is the first country in Asia with a comprehensive AI law, in force since January 22, 2026. It requires notice when generative AI is used and marking of its outputs, especially when they look real. Our process complies by design.

Cherry Blossom Lab also works in the advisory dimension: strategic thinking with AI, measurement and management of AI projects, and the design of creative processes and their execution.
Through our advisory work, we help agencies and companies not only establish a workflow for AI projects, but also account for and control the hidden cost (every click, every iteration) while measuring results and defining criteria to improve execution.

We design the asset before generating it: we define its identity, visual behavior, materiality and cultural codes, translate them into code (Virtual DNA), and only then execute with human-directed AI.
How we guarantee it
We record every decision, version, approval and delivery, from the brief through final production and its market adaptations, producing auditable evidence that supports the asset's intellectual property.

Steps
Every part of the character, product or environment is divided into modular zones and described in depth, preventing semantic entropy.
Real physical and aesthetic specifications, translated into parameters for each project.
Native cultural representatives assess authenticity, free of agency or production bias: the identity lock.

The score is written before the machine performs.
Stage
Each zone is encoded: geometric morphometry, craniofacial structure, skin translucency and identity locks, among other parameters.
Steps
Layer 1: visual aspects. Layer 2: morphological, biological or structural aspects (the skeleton).
The parameters of each zone become code with a programming-like structure, editable by people whenever a change is required.

Stage
The encoded parameters are compiled into a matrix that makes the master module possible, the first time AI is used at all.
Steps
The best engines are used purely as renderers: no external visual references, and human direction at every step.

Stage
All material is delivered through the traceability platform, with owner, time, date and a use declaration (reference only or cleared for use).
Steps
This immutable record provides the evidence of demonstrable human effort that copyright law requires.
The master module is delivered as a registrable intellectual property asset, not a generic AI-generated image.

Every result is delivered with its traceability dossier and use declaration.
Cherry Blossom
Each asset is generated from a system of technical codes that describes its real physics (for visual or sound effects). There is no open prompt: there is a closed architecture. This makes it possible to reproduce any object with millimeter-level fidelity, from a grape or a product to a human identity or a voice, at any moment, in any market.
Every production generates a documentary trail of human authorship: the Master Brief and the Bionic Log are assets. We are pioneers in registering IP for processes and assets made with AI. The client owns the IP. Cherry safeguards the DNA.
Identity parameters such as biometrics, symbolism, materiality, atmosphere, sound and voice are encoded as non-negotiable parameters before generating. A brand produced simultaneously across 11 markets does not change its base DNA; its usage may adapt to each market while preserving its core traits.
Control lies in the process, not in correction. By eliminating variability before generating, the industrial rejection rate can reach 0% on first delivery (and should never exceed 5%). Correction loops disappear. Operating margins are recovered. Later adjustments become microsurgery, not rebuilding.
The Problem
We produce visual, audiovisual and sound assets with AI: scalable and IP-protected.
Without predefined technical parameters, AI fills the gaps with the statistical average of its training data. The result is the most generic version possible, stripped of all identity.
Working without architecture creates endless correction loops, with up to 30% of the operating margin lost to adjustments that were never quoted.
Without cognitive traceability, generated assets cannot evidence human authorship. As AI legislation expands, that becomes direct legal exposure.
